Our services are dependent on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to change or cease services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Supply accurate and up-to-date information
  • Make the necessary deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmed booking ensues only after payment has been made and we have issued a written confirmation. We have the authority to deny service to any person at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

All charters are contingent on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We aim to cater to your preferred schedule as much as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed pricing is in € and includes all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to modification without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the charter cost is payable upon booking
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter departure
  • Extra fees (if any): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Payment procedures are carried out using secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus any transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% is refunded
  • Fewer than 24 hours before departure: No refund is given

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should weather conditions be unsafe in the captain's judgment, we will propose to:

  • Shift your charter to another available date without additional costs
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the assigned vessel, our efforts will shift to provide a fitting replacement. If substitution isn’t possible, a full refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are expected to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety equipment as necessitated
  • Inform about any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the assigned areas of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited onboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Strong beverages beyond what is reasonable for consumption
  • Pets (exceptions may be made with prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave in a respectful and civilized manner. We reserve the right to cut a charter short without reimbursement if passenger conduct is deemed to risk safety or spoil the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Liability on our part is restricted to the payment received for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Personal injury stemming from passenger carelessness
  • Personal property loss or damage
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Delays resulting from weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our extensive marine insurance safeguards our vessels and operations. Passengers should ensure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services signifies that you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and accept personal responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Schedule modifications, route adjustments, or itinerary changes may occur based on weather, safety, or operational needs. We will make all efforts to offer a comparable alternative experience.

9. Force Majeure

Unforeseen events beyond our influence, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, port shutdowns, or technical failures, do not incur liability on our part for delays, cancellations, or changes.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
